A lovely cozy home in Tahoe Keys, with magnificent back yard, private hot tub area, and balcony. On the ground floor is the master suite with a king bed, TV, sitting/coffee area, microwave, bar size fridge, beautiful glass shower, and access to the beautiful back yard and hot tub through a sliding glass door. On the 2nd floor is the kitchen, dining, living room, access to the deck with a very nice patio table with seating for 6, BBQ and stairs down to the back yard. On the 2nd floor is bedroom 2 with a king bed, private bathroom, TV & access to a second balcony with sitting area. Bedroom 3 has access to the same balcony, bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top. Bedroom 4 has a full size bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway on the second floor. Renter will have access to the 2 car garage There is a max of 4 cars parking at this house and max of 10 people at any time. There is only sleeping for 9.


Occupancy:
1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
3. 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

    Overall property management was on point as far as responding to any issues and making accommodations. The property was beautiful, but due to the snow it was even better. The house itself was nice and cozy. The living room is not really a place to gather. You can really only sit five everyone else has to hang out in the kitchen area. Had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom etc. The location was great everything was very central. We had a few issues on the property though first one was the heater it went out on us twice had to call Stewart property manager to come and assist although he was quick to help and take care of the problem, The first time he entered the garage without a warning or heads up so we didn’t even know he came to the property until we open the garage. It shouldn’t have been one to begin with. The fireplace/heater downstairs in the master bedroom did not work,so we could not use it. They had a woodchip fireplace in the living room that was not allowed to be used by renters. Could you imagine upstairs and downstairs no heat in the snow conditions it got pretty cold. But the agent did come and fix right away. Now as far as sleeping the king bed upstairs was horrible it felt like sleeping on plywood, the bunkbeds bottom bunk was metal not too comfortable either. And maybe to put a queen bed in place of the full bed in the other room two adults really can’t sleep on that. The shower door in the master bedroom downstairs did not stay shut water leaking out the side and that cold breeze coming in. Had to wedge a washrag to hold it closed. Now this is not a complaint they’re just concerned about the property we had a wonderful time hopefully if it’s upgraded would love to stay here again.

    We had a group of 8, all couples. We got to the house early so we called the manager and asked if we could check in early, they said yes, that was great cause we had food with us. The house was super clean, loved the bedrooms, and the backyard was very nice. The manager was very easy to get ahold of with questions. Overall great company to rent from.

    First off I tried to cancel within 3 hours and the gentleman who called me was extremely rude and lied. Said I reserved it a couple days ago when I only scheduled it that same day so they wouldn't let me cancel without keeping all my money. The beds felt like you were sleeping on cement they were so hard. The fridge broke and made this awful sound the 2nd day we were there. They sent someone out but he couldn't fix it. After he was done it was worse and ruined all our food. For the amount that you pay to stay here it so is not worth it! Absolutely awful!

    Overal we were happy with this rental. The main drawback was when we arrived there was an inch thick build up of pollen all over all of the patio furniture and all outdoor living areas. Of course we understand that some pollen can not be prevented but the amount of pollen was extreme, We spent the first 3 hours we were there sparring off all the patios and seating areas outside. We called and were told that that was normal pollen buildup from a day or 2 when it was reportedly cleaned, however we went on a bike ride the following day in the woods and no where even out in nature did we find such a layer of pollen like what we had at the cabin. One other detail, the battery had been pulled out of the smoke detector and had to spend time on our trip hunting for 9v batteries to replace it. I only noticed because it was left dangling down from the ceiling. Other than that the house was great!

    We all had a great time. I would recommend putting some games in the home, like dominos, other games. If possible , maybe actual table to play various card games,like poker. Also, a chessboard, checkers. A pool table, in the garage, maybe convert garage into game room. Overall fun time.

    cottage was very clean and in great location for getting out and about. everything was in good working order expect refrigerator, it barely got cold. Milk was unsafe to drink. Left front burner on stove would not get hot unless it was on high. Left garage door not programmed for either remote. Overall, it felt like being at home. Everything was very well maintained.

    It is beautiful house, vary large rooms. It is located on a very quite neighborhood. I love waking up in the morning and having breakfest in the two out door balconies with all the wilderness all around. The house had everything you need to cook or bake. the kitchen was large enough for everyone to help cook and bake. The beds where very controllable.

    This was a last minute mini vacation for our family. We found this house on line and were very pleased that the website was uptodate and very easy to use. The booking was so simple, we got the contract right away, signed it, faxed it back then had the check in info all with in 20 mins. Checking into the house was then easy as we didn't have to drive to an office to get the keys. After a long day of driving with kids it was great to just go straight to the house.
    The house was very clean, set up great for vacation rental. The manager of the company was always easy to get ahold of when we had questions. We definitely liked booking and staying with this company. Thank you for making our vacation fun.

    The home is very nice, smaller than what I had expected from the pictures but still very nice. The home did not have AC so the home was extremely hot during the day and in the evening large ants would come into the house. The house definitely needs regular pest control mtc. The ants would not stop until we sprayed some RAID that we found in the house.
