Vacation in luxury in our Tahoe retreat. You are just minute from the casino area, Heavenly Ski Resort, the lake, and much more. The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood and you will feel warm and cozy during your stay. The main entryway leads to the den with a nice sitting area with a Tv and fireplace, then walk into the grand kitchen perfect for entertaining, the dining room sits to the side and has a table for 8. The kitchen has double ovens and a wine fridge. Off of the kitchen is the game room with a pool table and Tv; there is a queen size sleeper sofa. To the right of the entry is the main living room with a conversation pit fireplace area, wet bar and great seating for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. There is then the first master bedroom 1 with a king, Tv and full bathroom. There is a half bathroom in the hallway off the main living room.

Upstairs you will find the entry to the indoor hot tub, a shared full bathroom; the second master bedroom 2 with a king, Tv, full bathroom and another door to the hot tub area. Bedroom 3 has a king & full bathroom; bedroom 4 has a queen; and bedroom 5 has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top.

There is a great back yard with a BBQ, perfect for your family to spend time together.

Occupancy Rules:
1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 13 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
3. Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. The driveway can be slippery in the winter. We recommend that you either back your vehicle in or turn around at the top as the driveway is on a blind corner and makes it easier to be facing forward to drive out of the driveway.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

    I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay close to the South Shore strip in a big group. It is about a 5 minute cab ride to the strip. The beds are incredibly comfortable and there is a huge backyard that has a great area for fun activities. There are many different living rooms so as a big group there is a lot of space. They had everything you need for a fun weekend away!
