You are going to feel right at home in this cozy, luxurious, warm & inviting condo. Being close to town, skiing, beaches, casinos & more this will make for the perfect vacation. Newly remodeled in 2015 you are vacationing in luxury.
You enter into the condo to the first floor with bedroom 1 with a king, TV & full bathroom. On the second level is bedroom 2 with bunk beds- full on bottom and twin on top- & also a separate twin bed; bedroom 3 with a queen; shared full bath in the hallway; and bedroom 4 the master with a king, TV & full bathroom. On the 3rd floor is the amazing kitchen that is open to the dining area, living room & a small deck with the BBQ.

Occupancy:
1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
3. 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. * The garage is not accessible to renters. * Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. Per the HOA there is no paring of boats, trailers or RVs in the parking spaces at the condo, or in-front of the condo.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

    Good location, close to the highway and casinos.
    Very clean, although no basic toiletries. one of the neighbors were very noisy, partying late into the night.

      Thank you for renting from our company. We have no control over the neighbors. We do not supply toiletries and it does say this in the contract.

    Great. Only issue was that heater upstairs was not working properly , only put out cold air, as a result temperature upstairs was usually around 62 degrees

      We have since checked the heater upstairs (the day you checked out) and it was set on the wrong setting, it is working just fine now that it is on heat. Thank you for staying with us.

    Great condo!!! Super cozy, loved the bedding and Tahoe decor in the house. Lake Village was a great choice, it was close to everything. The house was very clean, had everything that we needed in the kitchen even though we didn't have much time for cooking. The check in was so easy compared to other companies we have rented from. We got a code to the house and didn't have to stop at an office, very nice. We definitely felt right at home here.

    I had two locations rented. I really like one off them, but the other one with house numbers 143 was with cheep condition and smelled old. I was lucky that I had two more two rooms available at Cosino reserved. No one wants to stay there. So we didn't use the unit. The only reason I rent that unit was very close to other one. We were extremely happy with one, but not the other. I recommend only remodeled location.
