This hard to find cabin built in 1925 still has the original rock walls intact. Is definitely an original Tahoe cabin with all the modern luxury amenities you would want with a remodel and addition done in 2007. Your family will feel the comfort of a new home while vacationing in an original cabin. There is access to the private beach in Elks Point, very close to the Safeway shopping center, minutes to the casino area and down town with shopping and restaurants. Heavenly ski resort is also minutes away.

The cabin has a great back yard with a gas BBQ, picnic table (only during summer), and a filtered lake view. There is parking for one car in the driveway and one car in the garage.

You enter into the cabin to the living room on the ground level that has the, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, wine cellar (wine not provided), and access to the back yard through the kitchen. The 2nd level has the master bedroom with a king bed, a small deck over looking the back yard and filtered lake view, an amazing new en-suite bathroom with a stand up shower. There is a balcony that over looks the living room, a small sitting area with a TV and a couch that is a sleeper sofa for 2 people. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an e-suite bathroom with a free standing bathtub (see pictures- no shower only a tub).

~~~ Parking is very limited, you will only fit one car in the driveway and one car in the garage. There is no street parking as there is no room at all and it is against the HOA and county rules.

Occupancy:
1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
3. 2 cars allowed at house at any time, one car in the garage and one in the driveway. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

    This cabin is a real gem! It is perfect for two couples (though we all had to share the master shower because the bathtub in the second bedroom is cute but useless for showering). The cabin is well decorated and we were enthralled with the craftsmanship. The kitchen was well appointed and it was a pleasure to prepare meals in it. This cabin truly made the entire visit to Tahoe really special for us.
