This 4 bedroom 2 bath cabin has a very warm Lake Tahoe feel. You are a mile walk to El Dorado Beach and 1/2 mile to Regan Beach. The Gondola at Heavenly Ski Resort is 3 miles drive.
The cabin is 2 stories with only 3 stairs into the main living area from the driveway, this is great for those who are trying to avoid stairs.
On the 1st floor is the living room, kitchen, dining area, entry into the garage, Bedroom 1 with a king bed, Bedroom 2 with a full and two twin beds. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway off the kitchen. The living room has a very cozy gas fireplace for warming up on those winter days.
On the 2nd floor is Bedroom 3 with two queen beds, Bedroom 4 is the master with a king bed. There is a large master bathroom that is shared on the 2nd level. The bathroom is accessible through the hallway and the master bedroom, with the toilet area having its own section to be closed, anyone can use the shower while another uses the toilet area.
You will definitely feel like you are vacationing in Tahoe with the amazing wood work in the cabin.

Occupancy:
1. Per city rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 12 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
3. 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per city and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. There is no street parking at all. All cars must be in the garage and driveway.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

    We had a fantastic time at the woodland cabin!! everything was clean and so comfortable. The home is just a few block from the lake and we enjoyed walking through the quiet neighborhood and admiring all of the other homes. The location of the home was perfect, close to restaurants and the state line. We loved that there were so many beds and all of the linens were clean and there were tons of extra towels and blankets for us to use. I am also very happy with the property management, they allowed us to check in a few hours early and the clean up policy is so simple!! Overall we had a wonderful experience!!

    The cabin was in great condition, rooms were extremely comfortable, and everything was extremely spacious! We were walking distance from the lake and a few minute drive from the casinos and heavenly, perfect for a family vacation!
