A great 4 bedroom home in Lake Village, close to town with access to community clubhouse. If you are looking to be close to the casino area downtown, skiing, beaches, restaurants and more, then this is the house for you! Just 2 miles to downtown.

There is a BBQ on the deck off the kitchen with a great sitting area that overlooks the forest, this is a great spot for relaxing. The deck on the 4th level has a lake view.

You enter into the 2nd level of this home, with the master bedroom 1 that has a king and a full private bathroom. There is bedroom 2 with a queen, bedroom 3 with a bunk bed, full on the bottom & twin on top. There is also a full shared bathroom in the hallway. Below is level 1 that has a game room, TV, and a wet bar. On level 3 is the kitchen, dining area, deck with BBQ & living room. The kitchen has all new appliances and windows throughout that look into the forest. On level 4 is the 4th bedroom that has a king size bed and a full private bathroom.-This bedroom does not have a door to the bed area but it is still private as you can not see into the bedroom from the stairs up from the living room. The bathroom does have a door and is private to this bedroom.- There are large windows and a glass door that go out to a deck that has a lake view and chairs for relaxing. This is great spot for enjoying a sunset over the lake.

The home is 4 stories with stairs to enter into the front door.

Occupancy Rules:
1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
3. 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. The clubhouse will give you one parking pass and a second for a guest car. There is only one assigned parking spot for this home, the other is a guest parking spot.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

    Not only was our rental beautiful, it was clean, in the perfect location and the neighbors were very friendly! I will be recommending this location to all of my friends! Also, a huge shout out to Stewart from World Class Property Managaent, we were so impressed with his customer service! He made planning this trip so easy and was very accommodating!

    More than I could ever imagine. Beautiful home with so much to offer. Very spacious with many windows that give you wonderful views of the forest and wildlife outside. The baby chipmunks were adorable! Appliances were all new and top notch. Great gourmet kitchen with beautiful views.
    A bbq on the patio is a must! Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and very comfortable. Jeren and Heidi Gunter are wonderful to work with when booking your stay. Very professional and kind. A must stay!!!!

    Stayed here with 7 people - family trip. Early July 2018. This house is super nice. Modern, updated.

    4 Floors - Layout:
    - Game room with TV and comfy pull-out sofa in basement (AC works well on this floor)
    - 3 bedrooms on level 1 (AC works decent on this floor)
    - Super nice kitchen / living room / dining room on level 2, and a balcony with BBQ, 4 chairs, and fire pit (AC doesn't work well on this floor)
    - 1 bedroom and bathroom, and a sun deck with a view on mountains/lake on level 3 (super nice)

    The good:
    - This place looks incredible. The views are awesome. The top floor has an awesome view.
    - Internet is fast.
    - The BBQ works really well. The kitchen is great. Appliances + utensils + grilling equipment all here
    - This place is spacious. Can easily accommodate the 8-person maximum.
    - The neighbors in 116A are friendly locals.
    - There is a nice forest and hiking closeby. My family walked to Nevada Beach and it was an awesome walk.
    - There is an awesome clubhouse that is open 10am-10pm in the summer, with a swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong, and pool table.
    - This place is about a mile away from all of the hotels and casinos, and 1.25-1.5mi away from Heavenly Village.

    Areas of improvement:
    - We went in July. It was 80-85 degrees outside. They have air conditioning but it really only works on the basement and first floor. The top floor was super hot - at night it was like 80 degrees+ and uninhabitable. There was no fan in the house. Even a fan wouldn't really help, they need a portable AC for the top floor.
    - We went with a family of 7 who needed 4 bedrooms. Because the top floor wasn't usable at night, we had to share the 3 rooms and a basement.
    - Living room lights didn't work.
    - Keep in mind this is a 4-story house, older people will have to climb a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind (wasn't a problem for us).
    - 4pm check-in and 10am check out not ideal. You can't req

      Thank you for staying with us. We are working on putting a door way on the top level loft area that has the king bed, also shades on the windows in that loft. The house does not have AC.
