This is an amazing house for your Lake Tahoe vacation! There are 6 bedrooms that have sleeping for 12 in beds and room for you to bring other sleeping arrangements to allow for a total of 16 people in the house. There is a bonus game/ bar room that has a huge projector screen, poker table, and a 1/2 bath. This room is great for entertaining.
There are 2 full kitchens, the main kitchen is equipped with a 48 inch range with double ovens, large island, a 42 inch refrigerator, wine fridge, and is open to the dining area and living room. This is the perfect house for any family gathering. Seating for 10 at the large table and 5 bar seats at the island. The 2nd kitchen is in the lower 2nd level of the house, a small full kitchen, table for 4 & bar seating for 4.
The main living room that is open to the kitchen and dining area, has floor to ceiling picture windows so you can enjoy the amazing views of Lake Tahoe. There is even a bald eagle that frequents the area, the pictures in the home are of that very eagle, if you are lucky and weather permits you may even get to see if flying around. There is a gas fireplace to make this home even more cozy!

From the entrance into the home you will come into the main floor, there is a 1/2 bathroom the kitchen, dining area, living room & deck area that has the BBQ and hot tub. The garage is on the main level and has parking for 2 cars plus 2 in the driveway. You may enter into the house from the garage also.
Down from the garage side of the living room is the man cave with the projector, poker table, bar area and 1/2 bathroom. There is plenty of room in this area for you to bring your own sleeping mattress. (We do not provide any other pillows, sleeping mattresses, blankets etc other than what is made up on the beds.) The sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa. (Please note that the slot machines are just for looks and do not work in any way, also the fridge section shown in the pictures are not hooked up, never have been, and are not available for renters as the owners have them locked for personal storage.)
Down from the living room to the left is the second living area with a living room, kitchen, small dining area, shared full bathroom w/ tub/shower, one of two laundry rooms, a deck with a lake view, bedroom 1 with a queen that has a lake view and bedroom 2 with two twins. This entire area can be closed off and become private, this a a great feature for a multi family vacation.
Also in this section down from the living room to the left, a separate hallway, is access to the small patio area (summer only) . There is also bedroom 3 with a queen bed and a private 1/2 bathroom, TV & a view of the lake. This bedroom is large enough to bring your own bow up mattress (we do not supply any extra sheets, pillows or blankets).
Down from the living room to the right is bedroom 4 with a queen, a full shared bathroom in the hallway that has a tub/shower. Bedroom 5 is the master bedroom with a king, view of the lake, TV, gas fireplace, a small deck, and a private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a stand up shower and a jetted tub, and the tub has a great view of the lake. And bedroom 6 on this level has a full bed along with a baby crib & changing table. There is also a second laundry closet on this level.
~~Occupancy Rules:
~This house has sleeping for 12 in beds. You may ONLY have 16 people in the house, this includes and dinners or gatherings, you may bring your own sleeping arrangements. (We do not provide any other pillows, sleeping mattresses, blankets etc other than what is made up on the beds.)
~Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to fines.
~Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.
~Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY
