This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is located in Lake Village on the South Shore or Lake Tahoe. Only 1 mile to the casinos, 1 mile to the lake & 3 miles to Heavenly Valley. This is one of the most convenient locations for your Lake Tahoe holiday, an exceptional lodging alternative to hotels. Nevada Beach is only a 2 minute drive, offering a spectacular sandy shore for sun bathing and incredible views of the lake and mountain peaks.

This townhouse is perfect for the vacationing family. It has been beautifully remodeled in 2014 with new flooring, paint and other updates. On the first floor is BR1 with a king bed, full bathroom and a TV; laundry closet with washer and dryer; BR2 with two twin beds; BR3 with a queen; and a full bath in the hallway. On the second floor is the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and the deck. In the living room is a sleeper sofa. Above the kitchen is a loft.

Occupancy:
1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
3. 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. Per the HOA there is no paring of boats, trailers or RVs in the parking spaces at the condo, or in-front of the condo.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

    This property was clean and has the potential to be an amazing property. However, it seriously needs property management to spend time fixing issues such as loose legs on the table and chairs which made them very wobbly, replacing missing slats in blinds, replacing grout in showers, etc. and fixing the refrigerator so the ice maker and water dispenser work. Actually, the dining room chairs should probably be replaced because when my husband sat on one of the chairs the spring came through and poked him in the behind! Also, since this place doesn't have air conditioning, it would be VERY helpful if housekeeping would leave the blinds closed, especially upstairs, so it isn't over 90 degrees in there when the weather is warm when the next guests arrive. The outside stairs, railing and deck need repairs and refinishing. If there really was an "remodeling" done in 2014 it appears to only have been painted and new carpet installed. With just a little attention to some details this property could be awesome, but it fell short for us.

    Great location. Peaceful and quite and close to Stateline and skiing.
    However, when we arrived there were several issues that we identified and reported. There were a couple light bulbs that were burnt out and needed to be replaced. They did not provide and light bulbs for us.
    Their WiFi was not working when we first got there but we did get the backup wifi to work.
    There were cobwebs in the light fixtures.
    The garage door would not open via the key and I had to manually lift the very heavy door. It did not get fixed during our stay.
    We had a problem with a toilet not flushing and got into an argument with the management lady. All of these issues of course are minor but when I reported them nothing really happened.
    In fact when I informed them about the toilet the lady kept telling me that she was 100 % sure that it was not plugged and that it would flush even though I was standing right at the toilet trying to flush it and asking for help.
    She just kept telling me that there is nothing wrong with the toilet and I kept telling her that it would not flush and she got angry with me and told me not to play this game because she can play it better, or something like that.
    Anyways, I couldn't believe what I was hearing from hear. What a way to start our family vacation. She was basically telling me that I’m an idiot for not knowing how to flush the toilet. Or at least that’s how I took it. I have never had this experience before in all of my 30 years of traveling. You can image how this would make you feel.

      The toilet was 100% working and you did flush it while on the phone with us after actually pushing down on the flusher. We do inspections before each renter and that is how we know that things like the toilets are in working order. It was just not being properly done on your side. There was in fact no problem with the toilet at all. At the end of the conversation you apologized for not doing it correctly, and that we did not need to send a repair person over to fix it. There were no light bulbs out when my inspector came by the next day, it was just not the correct light switch being used. My inspector also confirmed that the wifi was working and that the wrong password was being used. Very sorry that you had the problems at the beginning of your arrival, everything was sorted out the next day.

    Just minutes from Heavenly, a very convenient drive to the gondola, casinos, ski rentals; it was a fantastic location for Heavenly resort.
    Hot tub is in a club house that we never did find. Wasn't walking distance.
    2 car garage with space to store equipment was appreciated as it snowed each night.
    beds/bedding/tv's/bathrooms/kitchen and suppies all within expectation for a rental place.

    Good to have family together in same Condo. Kitchen pans in sad repair handles all loose. Toaster did not work properly. Kitchen very well equipped otherwise. Plenty of linen. Shower door tracks in need of cleaning. Vertical blinds missing slats or fall out upon moving. Dining room light did not work. Heating was very uneven throughout, top thermostat upstairs did not work. Garage light did not work.

    We stayed for a few days in March 2016 and had a great time. The townhouse was exactly as advertised. Our only minor complaint was that we couldn't figure out the heater and the upstairs living area was really cold in the mornings.

    Perfect location to sky in HEAVENLY. Only inconvenience is that the garage is not connected to the house. The Jacuzzi is not in the house. The bed that is in the living room was not clean.

    Lake village is a great spot to rent. We stay every year. Loved this condo. Great location at the end of the road so you don't feel stuck in the middle of houses. Clean, well kept, great layout. Booking, check in and check out were very easy with this company. Thanks for a great mini vacation.

    This property was convientley located to shopping, ski resorts, golf, beach, etc. It was clean and we liked the floor plan. Common areas with a half bathroom upstairs, and bedrooms with two full baths downstairs. It looks like there is new carpeting and new paint throughout. Very clean too. Minor issues with using the television, instructions and fresh batteries in the remote would be very helpful. The oven/range is very old and temperature is inaccurate some meals took way longer to cook or were burned :( Other than this the property was comfortable, especially if you don't cook or watch t.v. There is a nice balcony off living area that would be great during warm temperatures.

    This property is well located on an uphill, quiet sidestreet in the Lake Village complex. The unit is well layed out and appointed, and recently upgraded with new appliances, carpets, painting, etc.

    The unit is very clean, with a lot of natural sunlight.

    The garage is also a plus.

    We have rented the unit many times and it is our favorite location in South Lake Tahoe, especially being close to Stateline and the Round Hill Shopping Center with a Safeway Store.

    Another plus is the paved walking trail from Lake Village through the woods to the Round Hill Center; about 3 miles round trip.

    Can highly recommend.

    We took our team to Tahoe for an off-site ski retreat, and this was a perfect place for us. With 6 separate beds, we all had one for ourself, and the common area and kitchen were plenty big for us to spread out. There's plenty of natural light, and it's right next to peaceful woods. We took advantage of the shared hot tub and ping pong and pool tables, which were in good shape. I can also say the shower pressure and hot water were great. Highly recommended!

    we just adored this place!! It's not too far from the casinos which was a plus for us! And the place had a nice cozy feel to it. I will definitely be staying here again! There was also a loft ontop of the kitchen we didn't know about! It was a nice surprise!

    The property mgmt company did a good job and the unit was clean. The street light made the master bedroom all aglow and the blinds were insufficient to keep the light out. And the carpet was stained, big time.

    Water heater was shut down so we all could not take shower one night.

    Fridge makes noise constantly so need ear plug if you sleep in the living room area.

    This is a terrific rental with a great location to some beautiful ski slopes. My only request would be to provide more toiletry essentials. We ran out of soap, toilet paper and dish soap. Other than that, terrific place!

    We were happy with the property for the most part with the exception of the wall to wall carpeting which was very dirty. We also did not like having the carpeting in the bathrooms, right up to the toilet and shower. There was trash left in the garage from the previous renter which was also messy. Otherwise, the kitchen was nice, we liked having the washer and dryer, and the property manager, Jaren was very helpful driving out right away when we were not able to connect to the internet.
