This newly remodeled home is set upon .85 acres of total seclusion. The striking exterior is a mix of wood & stone while the interior sets the mood of a Tahoe Chalet with knotty pine walls, floors and ceilings that also consist of rich scraped pine logs. The great room offers a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace complemented by a pine log mantel and copper surround wood burning insert, a fully equipped wet bar & breathtaking views of the mountain and Heavenly's "Boulder Run" through the expansive windows. A spacious deck boasts the ultimate in outdoor living with views so close to the ski slopes you can watch the skiers in their element. In the summer, the beauty of the majestic, natural boulders and landscaping will inspire you. There's a spa/sun room with a hot tub, a true epicurean kitchen, inviting master suite with vaulted ceilings and up-close views of the slopes. An 8 seat, terraced theater with a full wet bar and pool table round out this warm and inviting chalet. New this winter 2014 is a ping-pong table room that has an amazing view of the runs at heavenly with a day bed that can convert to a queen bed. Additional features include a bunk loft with 4 bunkbeds. 3 en-suite bedrooms plus an additional bedroom, custom mudroom with separate entrance offers boot/glove warmers, ski & snowboard racks & shelving, laundry room & surround sound.

Occupancy Rules:
1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 14 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
3. Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

    Great rental property. We had 10 people stay over the course of 4 nights and everyone fit comfortably. All the amenities were in perfect working order. Perfect location, no super close neighbors. Awesome place, would definitely rent here again!

    We so enjoyed staying in your lovely home in Tahoe! It was a perfect place for friends and family to be together! And this home is so large it made for a nice way for those who liked to go to bed early to sneak off to their place in the house and for those who like to stay up and play games or use the hot tub to hang out together.
